I’m Karl Short.

A UX/UI designer with 15 years experience in the design industry, with six of those as head of a team of UX/UI designers, graphic designers and web developers, and a proven track record of mentoring and leading the department to exceed in its key deliverables.

Outside of leading a team, over the last six years my primary focus as a UX/UI designer has been the transformation of traditional web based products and services to a SaaS compatible model that the company was adopting. In combination with a background in the design, development and marketing industries, has resulted in a comprehensive understanding of the agile processes involved in the delivery of a product from the company as a whole.
